{RETURN POLICY:
* Sorry, but we will not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or user's errors.
* We are not responsible for return shipping on any of our merchandise, no matter what the circumstances.
* We try to describe our products as accurately as we can, but we can make mistakes. Please do your own research before placing your bid.
* Refunds are only issued after we are contacted with a problem via email or phone, within 48 hours upon receipt of merchandise.
* If we are found at fault for sending out the incorrect merchandise, merchandise not as described, or there was an item missing, we will issue a refund once an item is sent back to us.
* Please allow 3 - 4 business days for us to inspect, and test returned merchandise.
* WE WILL REFUND THE PAYMENT LESS SHIPPING AND 20% RE-STOCKING FEE. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND WILL BE MADE ON AN ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN USED.
* If an item is returned, and was not in the same exact condition we sent it, we will not issue a refund.
* If an item was damaged in transit the buyer must file a claim with UPS or USPS, whichever is applicable.
